Check Coolant Concentrations

• Using refractometers, we check machine coolant concentrations twice daily.
• Drayton Group will adjust machines as necessary and keep coolant concentrations within 2% of the recommended concentration percentage.

Vacuum Sumps

• Drayton Group will vacuum most of the chips from a machine’s sump to help lengthen coolant life and prevent harmful chemical reactions that can be caused by intermingling metals.
